🐶The Dog and The Bone
One day, a dog was very hungry. He was wandering around in search of food. Suddenly, he spotted a large, juicy bone near a butcher’s shop in the market. He was overjoyed and quickly put it in his mouth.
“Today I’ll enjoy this alone!” he thought proudly.
He happily took the bone and started home. On his way home, he had to cross a small wooden bridge over a clear river. As he was crossing, he looked down into the water.
To his surprise, he saw another dog staring at him. That dog also had a bone in its mouth—and it looked even bigger!
The greedy dog thought, “If I scare that dog away, I can have two bones instead of one!”
So he barked loudly at the “other dog.”
But as soon as he opened his mouth—splinter!—his own bone fell into the river and sank to the bottom.
The dog watched helplessly as both bones slowly disappeared. The “other dog” also disappeared. Then he realized it was only his shadow in the water.
Feeling sad and foolish, he left hungry.

Being too greedy can make you lose what you already have. Be happy with what you have.
